Dear: Distinquished Guest,
The purpose of this letter is to cordially invite you, on behalf of your council district, to be acknowledged before the opening ceremony of the 2008-09 Miss AMC Pageant.
The theme of this pageant is, “Now is the time- To Believe, Begin, and Become. It will be held at Atlanta Metropolitan College, in the Gymnasium, on December 5, 2008. The reception will start at 6:30pm and the ceremony will start at 7:00pm. Our color for this event is electric blue and white.
We strongly suggest that all of our special guest please, R.S.V.P: by November 21, 2008. I will follow-up with a call by the end of the week in regards to any further questions.
For your edification, we will forward a copy of the program to you on December 1, 2008 to provide an idea of the Miss AMC Pageant.
